Our carrier, Shiprocket, will make three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive the package after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment or cancellation of the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Undelivered
Packages In the event that a package is undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or any other reason, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for redeliver.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
