At GGT Foods, we believe premium foods deserve premium service. Every order matters, and we make sure your experience - from checkout to delivery-is smooth, transparent, and worry-free.
Shipping
- Where we deliver: Across India (we don’t ship internationally or to P.O./APO addresses yet).
- Processing time: Orders confirmed before 11 AM (Mon–Sat) usually ship the same day. Later orders go out the next working day.
- Delivery timelines: Most orders arrive in 3-5 working days. Remote areas may take up to 7–10 working days.
- Order tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.
- Delivery attempts: Couriers will try 3 times. If delivery fails, the package returns to us. Reshipping can be arranged (extra charges may apply).
- Damaged, delayed, or lost orders: If your order is damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, contact us at customercare@ggtfoods.com or WhatsApp +91 78274 07690. We’ll resolve it quickly.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by our quality, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy for you:
- Return window: Return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Since we deal in food, opened packs can’t be returned unless damaged/defective on arrival. Storage requirements need to be met.
- Storage requirement: Many of our products are perishable and must be stored in a cool, dry place or under refrigeration once opened. Returns or refunds cannot be processed if products were spoiled due to improper storage or lack of refrigeration.
- Proof required: For damaged or defective items, please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 24hrs of delivery. This helps us verify and resolve faster.
- Steps to return:
- Share your order number and reason with us via email/WhatsApp.
- We’ll guide you with the return address or label.
- Ship the item back with a tracking ID.
- Return shipping:
- If due to damage, wrong item, or quality issues → we cover shipping.
- If due to change of mind → customer covers shipping.
- Refund speed: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Store credits are issued instantly after approval.
- Exchanges: Where possible, we’ll arrange an executive from our nearest office to personally inspect the product and exchange it on the spot. This service is subject to availability in your state.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it’s shipped for a full refund. Once dispatched, our return process applies.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q. What if I miss the 7-day return window?
We’ll still do our best to help. Write to us, and we’ll review it case by case.
Q. Do you accept returns on discounted or clearance items?
Sale items are generally not eligible for return/refund unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Q. Can I exchange a product for a different one?
Yes. If we have stock in your state, we’ll even try to send an executive for on-the-spot exchange after inspection. Otherwise, the standard return process applies.
Q. How do I claim a refund for a damaged item?
Please share photos/videos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify with our courier partner and process your refund quickly.
Q. What if the product went bad at my end?
If the product wasn’t stored as instructed (cool, dry place or refrigerated after opening), we won’t be able to process refunds or exchanges. Spoilage caused by improper storage isn’t covered.
Q. How will I get my refund?
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.). Timelines depend on your bank/provider, but usually within 7–10 working days.
Q. What if I want to send a gift and the recipient wants to return it?
They can reach out directly with the order details, and we’ll process it just like a regular return.
