Returns
At GGT, we strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. They must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: Contact our customer service team on customercare@ggtfoods.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the items.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund according to these terms:
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Time Frame: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:
- Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service team on customercare@ggtfoods.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return.
